- 32 ea Fisher Boy Fish Sticks
- 4 Cup Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Sliced Bacon, Cooked and Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Scallions, Chopped
Directions
- Prepare the Fisher Boy® Fish Sticks using your preferred method and the instructions provided on the packaging.
- While the fish sticks cook prepare your mashed potatoes from scratch or utilize a prepared mashed potato product and cook according to the package instructions.
- Add the frozen peas to a small pot or pan along with 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a gentle simmer over a medium-high setting and cook just until the peas are warmed through before reserving.
- Assemble the Loaded Bowls: Divide the prepared mashed potatoes equally between four bowls. In order, divide the remaining ingredients between each bowl beginning with the peas and shredded cheese, followed by the chopped bacon and dollops of sour cream on each bowl.
- Artfully arrange the fully cooked fish sticks around the mashed potato bowl and then garnish liberally with the chopped scallions before serving.
- Chef Tips: Time Saver- Use store-bought mashed potatoes or instant mash to cut prep time in half. No Bacon? No Problem- Swap in chopped deli ham or cooked sausage crumbles for the same savory flavor boost.
