About This Recipe:



  • 8 each Fisher Boy® Fish Fillets
  • 1 lb Frozen Shoestring Fries
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 ea Lemon, wedge

For the Pickle Ranch

  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickles diced small


  1. Prepare the fish fillets per package instructions. Cook your shoestring French fries at the same time on the same baking pan as your fish.
  2. For the Pickle Ranch, combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir well to complete.
  3. To finish, divide the fully cooked fries and fish fillets equally between four plates. Serve with ketchup, scratch made pickle ranch and fresh lemon wedges.
