baked as directed on package

round corn tortilla chips

cups shredded cheddar cheese

cup sliced black olives

green onions, thinly sliced

cup prepared guacamole

½
cup sour cream

½
cup diced tomatoes, drained

Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • Heat oven to broil at 400°F. Arrange chips on a 12-inch pizza pan or medium cookie sheet, just overlapping edges.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Place a shrimp on each chip. Sprinkle with black olives and green onions.
  • Place under broiler for 2–3 minutes, just until cheese is bubbly. Add small dollops of guacamole and sour cream to top. Sprinkle evenly with tomatoes and cilantro. Serve immediately.
