medium zucchini, trimmed*

medium yellow squash, trimmed*

medium carrots, peeled and trimmed*
1
pint grape or cherry tomatoes, halved*
1/3
cup reduced-fat dressing, such as Italian or ranch

*any of your kids’ favorite veggies will work just fine.

 

  • Preheat oven to 475.º Place fish sticks in shallow pan and bake according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, slice zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots using a krinkle cutter or knife. Place in large bowl with tomatoes
  • Toss in dressing and serve.
