Fisher Boy® Shrimp Poppers

(12-inch) packaged precooked pizza crust
½
cup pizza sauce
2
cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
15–18
fresh basil leaves
2
thinly sliced plum tomatoes
½
tsp. Italian seasoning

Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Heat oven to 400°F. Place crust on a 12-inch pizza pan. Using spoon, spread pizza sauce thinly over crust. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Arrange basil leaves and tomato slices on top of cheese.
  • Distribute Shrimp Poppers evenly on top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Sprinkle top lightly with Parmesan cheese. Slice into wedges with pizza cutter or knife.
