OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY–EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII) WHO ARE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Fisher Boy™ "FAMILY FUN FRIDAYS" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") online at www.fisherboy.com/offers/ by filling out the online entry form and following instructions for submitting an entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00:00 p.m. (ET) on June 1, 2010, and ends at 12:59:59 p.m. (ET) on December 31, 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is comprised of thirty-one (31) separate weekly entry periods (each, a "Weekly Entry Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, each Weekly Entry Period, except the first Weekly Entry Period, begins at 1:00:00 p.m. (ET) on Friday and concludes at 12:59:59 p.m. (ET) the following Friday. The first Weekly Entry Period begins on Tuesday, June 1 at 1:00:00 p.m. (ET) and concludes on Friday, June 4 at 12:59:59 p.m. (ET). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, per email address during each Weekly Entry Period. Entries from one Weekly Entry Period will not be included in the pool of entries for any other Weekly Entry Period; however, valid entries submitted during each Weekly Entry Period will automatically be placed into the entry pool for the Grand Prize drawing, which will take place at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. For example, if a participant validly enters once during each of the thirty-one (31) Weekly Entry Periods, he or she will have submitted thirty-one (31) entries for a chance to win the Grand Prize.

Incomplete entries will be disqualified. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized email account holder, which is defined for purposes of these Official Rules as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A selected winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 2. PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded:
Thirty-One (31) Weekly First Prizes: For each Weekly Entry Period, one (1) Weekly First Prize Winner will receive one (1) Toys"R"Us® gift card worth $100. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $100, each.
Thirty-One (31) Weekly Second Prizes: For each Weekly Entry Period, one (1) Weekly Second Prize Winner will receive one (1) Toys"R"Us® gift card worth $50. ARV: $50, each.
Thirty-One (31) Weekly Third Prizes: For each Weekly Entry Period, one (1) Weekly Third Prize Winner will receive one (1) Blockbuster® gift card worth $25. ARV: $25, each.
Thirty-One (31) Weekly Fourth Prizes: For each Weekly Entry Period, one (1) Weekly Fourth Prize Winner will receive one (1) Fisher Boy™ coupon worth up to $6.99. ARV: $6.99, each.

One (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Beaches Resorts Luxury Included® Family Vacation for up to six (6) people (winner, up to one (1) other adult and up to four (4) children age seventeen (17) or younger). The Grand Prize consists of a Beaches Resorts Certificate ("Certificate") redeemable for a four (4)-day/three (3)-night stay at the Beaches Resort of Grand Prize Winner’s choice located in Turks & Caicos or Jamaica, subject to availability, and a $5,000 cash prize awarded in the form of a check to arrange for and purchase transportation and/or for spending money. Beaches Resorts are located in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, Negril and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Resort accommodation will be a deluxe room or a family suite, depending on the number of guests to be accommodated (up to two (2) adults and up to four (4) children age seventeen (17) or younger). Beaches Resorts Luxury Included® Family Vacation includes all meals, including gourmet dining, unlimited premium brand beverages for adults, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including snorkeling, scuba diving (for certified divers), gratuities and round-trip transfers to and from the Beaches Resort’s designated airport. Other items, including, but not limited to, telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours and excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops are not included. Trip must be completed on or before December 31, 2011 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the trip portion of prize has expired. Trip is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates, including, but not limited to, seven days before or after any major U.S. holiday. Beaches Resorts will only provide confirmation of travel dates forty-five (45) days prior to departure date. Beaches Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed Grand Prize Winner from their resort of choice to an alternative resort within the Beaches Resorts chain based on availability of space for the secured travel dates. Trip subject to other standard terms and conditions of Beaches Resorts. Any guest under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner and all guests must travel on the same itinerary.

Lost or stolen Certificates will not be replaced. Grand Prize Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents, including passports, prior to booking.

ARV of all Weekly Prizes during the thirty-one (31) Weekly Entry Periods: $5,425. ARV of Grand Prize: $8,000. Actual value of Grand Prize will depend on the number and ages of guests, selected resort and the type of accommodation provided. Total ARV of all prizes: $13,611.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, insurance, extra spending money and all other personal and incidental costs are solely Prize Winner’s responsibility.

Use of gift certificates/cards is subject to terms and conditions of issuing retailer. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Any taxes are the responsibility of the Prize Winner/recipient.

3. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.

4. DRAWING: Each Weekly Prize Winner will be selected at random by Sponsor, on or about the Tuesday following the close of the relevant Weekly Entry Period, from all eligible entries received during such Weekly Entry Period. Each Weekly Prize Winner will be notified by mail and/or email within one (1) week of being selected.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random by Sponsor from among all eligible entries on or about January 7, 2011. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within one (1) week of being selected. Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner’s guests, or a guest’s parent/legal guardian if such guest is a minor in his or her state of residence, may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require, and to see to it that Sponsor is in receipt of these documents within ten (10) days of having received the same.

If a Grand Prize Winner (i) has not responded to Sponsor within ten (10) days of initial notification attempt, (ii) fails to return any required documents in a timely manner, or (iii) is found to be not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of residency and age, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited prize if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of High Liner Foods (USA) Inc. ("Sponsor"), and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the development or execution of this promotion, and the immediate families (parents, spouses, siblings, and children and their spouses) and members of the households of such employees are ineligible. Questions regarding eligibility will be decided by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

6. GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of each Prize Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors in these Official Rules or other materials or communications relating to the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants release Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, owners, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development or execution of this Sweepstakes (the "Releasees"), from any and all liability or any damages or causes of action (however named or described) arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the receipt, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has violated these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use a Prize Winner’s name, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited and all such entries will be disqualified. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Prize Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, nonsuspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, garbled or misdirected online or mail-in entries, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in connection with this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. DATA COLLECTION: Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes.
