1. HOW TO PLAY: There are two ways to play the Fisher Boy® "FAMILY FUN FRIDAYS 2" Instant Win Game (the “Game”). From February 11, 2011 through March 9, 2012, look for an instant win prize inside specially-marked packages of the following Fisher Boy products: 4 lb. (64 oz.) fish sticks, 3 lb. (48 oz.) fish sticks, 24 oz. fish sticks, 16 oz. fish sticks, 8 oz. fish sticks (12 count), 8 oz. fish sticks (24 count), 6 oz. fish sticks (12 count), 6 oz. fish sticks (24 count), 18 oz. fish nuggets, 18 oz. fish fillets, 18 oz. fish tenders, 40 oz. battered fish portions, 40 oz. shrimp poppers and 18 oz. shrimp poppers. If your package contains a prize inside, then you are a winner; if your package contains the winning game piece for the Grand Prize, then you win the Grand Prize subject to verification in accordance with these Official Rules.

Entries must be postmarked between February 11, 2011 and March 9, 2012 and must be received by March 16, 2012. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced/photocopied requests will be accepted. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor will send instant First and Second Prize winners, if any, their prize in the mail at the address provided. Grand Prize winner, if any, will be contacted by telephone or mail at the number or address provided. Nonwinners will not be contacted. Releasees (defined below) are not responsible for lost, interrupted, misdirected or damaged mail.

2. PRIZES:
One Grand Prize is available to be won: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Beaches Resorts Luxury Included® Family Vacation for up to six (6) people (adult winner, up to one (1) other adult and up to four (4) children age seventeen (17) or younger). The Grand Prize consists of a Unique Vacations Inc., worldwide marketing representative for Beaches Resorts, prize certificate ("Beaches Certificate") redeemable for a four (4) day/three (3) night stay at the Beaches Resort of Grand Prize Winner's choice located in Turks & Caicos or Jamaica, subject to availability, and a $5,000 cash prize awarded in the form of a check to arrange for and purchase transportation and/or for spending money. Beaches Resorts are located in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, Negril, Jamaica and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Resort accommodation will be a deluxe room or a family suite, depending on the number of guests to be accommodated (up to two (2) adults and up to four (4) children age seventeen (17) or younger). Beaches Resorts Luxury Included® Family Vacation includes all meals, including gourmet dining, unlimited premium brand beverages for adults, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including snorkeling, scuba diving (for certified divers), gratuities and round trip transfers to and from the Beaches Resort's designated airport. Other items, including, but not limited to, telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours and excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops are not included. Trip must be completed on or before March 9, 2013 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the trip portion of prize has expired. Trip is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates, including, but not limited to, seven days before or after any major U.S. holiday. Beaches Resorts will only provide confirmation of travel dates forty-five (45) days prior to departure date. Beaches Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed Grand Prize Winner from their resort of choice to an alternative resort within the Beaches Resorts chain based on availability of space for the secured travel dates. Trip subject to other standard terms and conditions of Beaches Resorts. Any guest under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner and all guests must travel on the same itinerary.

Lost or stolen Beaches Certificates will not be replaced. Grand Prize Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents, including passports, prior to booking. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $8,000. Actual value of Grand Prize will depend on the number and ages of guests, selected resort and the type of accommodation provided.

Five Hundred (500) First Prizes are available to be won: One (1) “Family Fun Cash” certificate redeemable at participating retailers worth $10. ARV: $10, each.

Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes are available to be won: One (1) “Family Fun Cash” certificate redeemable at participating retailers worth $5. ARV: $5, each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $15,500.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes and insurance, are solely Prize Winner's responsibility. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

Use of “Family Fun Cash” certificates is subject to terms and conditions of participating retailer. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Any taxes are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.

3. ODDS OF WINNING: The Grand Prize are no greater than 1 in 9,164,629. Odds of winning a First Prize are no greater than 1 in 18,329. Odds of winning a Second Prize are no greater than 1 in 18,329.

4. GRAND PRIZE CLAIM: To claim the Grand Prize, make a photocopy of the winning game piece for your files, then mail the original, complete winning game piece (no copies or mechanical reproductions accepted), along with a 3"x5" index card, listing your name, address and daytime telephone number to: Fisher Boy® "Family Fun Fridays 2" Grand Prize Verification, P. O. Box 917, Darien, CT 06820. Grand Prize claim must be received by March 23, 2012. Send your winning game piece via registered mail, return receipt requested. Following verification of winning game piece, Grand Prize Winner will be notified via telephone or mail at the number or address provided. Prize claim is subject to verification. Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require and to see to it that Sponsor is in receipt of these documents within ten (10) days of having received the same or Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner selected in the Second Chance Drawing (described below). If for any reason, including, without limitation, a printing or other error occurs, more Grand Prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be entered in a random drawing from which only one Grand Prize Winner will be selected. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any Grand Prize Winner. If a potential Grand Prize Winner fails to provide in a timely manner such requested information within ten (10) days or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner in the Second Chance Drawing, subject to confirmation in accordance with these Official Rules.

5. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: If the Grand Prize is not claimed by March 23, 2012 or is forfeited prior to April 9, 2012 in accordance with these Official Rules, it will be awarded from among all eligible entries received in a random Second Chance Drawing. To enter the Second Chance Drawing, mail a 3"x5" card listing your name, address and daytime telephone number to: Fisher Boy® "Family Fun Fridays 2" 2nd Chance Entry, P.O. Box 2346, Darien, CT 06820. Only one (1) entry per outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries are eligible. Second Chance entries must be postmarked by March 23, 2012 and received by March 30, 2012. A random drawing for the winning Second Chance entry will be conducted on or about April 9, 2012. Odds of winning a prize in the Second Chance Drawing, if any, depend on the number of eligible Second Chance entries received. If a Grand Prize Winner is selected in the Second Chance Drawing, he or she will be notified by telephone or mail at the number or address provided.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Game is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of High Liner Foods (USA) Inc. ("Sponsor"), and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the development or execution of this promotion, and the immediate families (parents, spouses, siblings, and children and their spouses) and members of the households of such employees are ineligible to win the Grand Prize. Questions regarding eligibility will be decided by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

7. GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Game, entrants and Prize Winners agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Game. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors in these Official Rules or other materials or communications relating to the Game. Game materials void if contain printing, typographical or other errors. By entering, participants release Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, owners, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development or execution of this Game (the "Releasees"), from any and all liability or any damages or causes of action (however named or described) arising out of participation in the Game and/or the receipt, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Game in any way it deems necessary or appropriate. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this Game any person it believes has violated these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use the Prize Winner's name, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
